How much time should I allow for photos?

Allow about 1 hour for group and family shots, not including travel time. (This is assuming you have about 12-15 people in your group. Allow more time if you have a larger group.) For your couples portraits and wedding party photos, ideally plan to spend at least one additional hour.

Will I receive a copy of the "digital images"?

Yes! You will be provided a CD or DVD with a copy of your images on it. These will be full size files and will not say "proof" on them or be watermarked. They are provided along with your final print/album order.

Can you help me pick the best location for my photos?

Sometimes we can accommodate a meeting ahead of time at your location to determine the best spot for photos. Also, we may know the area you've chosen and may be able to suggest a place nearby that would work out great.

When is the engagement photo session?

That is up to you. We can arrange an engagement session months in advance or even just a week in advance. It all depends on how much time you have before your wedding day.

Do you do destination weddings?

Can I make my own prints?

Yes, you can, but we strongly recommend that any prints be ordered from us for two reasons. 1)  We can not guarantee the print life or quality of any printed images that are not supplied by us. 2) The files supplied (although technically perfect) will not have been processed or cropped and re-sized for printing on any specific printing device. All prints ordered from us are specifically formatted on a calibrated monitor and color corrected to our chosen printer's ICC color profile so that they turn out exactly as they should..This ensures that you look your best in your prints.

How many images will I get?

We usually deliver about 300-400 photos - and sometimes more. The amount really depends on how long we are there for. If we are just covering the ceremony, then it's much less than if we cover the full day, getting ready and the reception.

We have just updated our 2008 wedding packages to include more photography coverage, at the same low cost.
